bettertreatmentfacilities.Itrequirestheengagementofparentsandteachers,aswellashealthcareandsocialworkers.Itrequiresthemediaandcriminaljusticeofficialstoplaytheirpart.

Allwalksoflifemustjoinforcesanddevotespecialattentiontothevulnerable:tothosewhoarevulnerabletotakingdrugsbecauseoftheirpersonalorfamilysituation,andtothosewhoarevulnerablebecausetheytakedrugs.Ourmissionistoenablethemtotakecontroloftheirlives,ratherthanallowingtheirlivestobecontrolledbydrugs.Thatmeansgivingyoungpeoplesoundguidance,employmentopportunities,andthechancetobeinvolvedinactivitiesthathelporganizelifeandgiveitmeaningandvalue.Itmeanssupportingparents'effortstoprovideloveandleadership.Itmeansreachingouttomarginalizedgroupsandensuringtheyreceivethecaretheyneedtocopewithbehavioural,psychologicalormedicalproblems.Itmeansprovidingreasonstohope.
